SWEDISH activist investor and entrepreneur Peter Gyllenhammar has trimmed his stake in vehicle servicing and security business 21st Century Technology from 20.31 million shares to 20.06 million or 21.8% worth Pounds 1.4 million at Friday’s price of 7p. The former analyst and corporate adviser looks for businesses he believes are trading at a substantial discount to net asset value, often seeking board membership. 21st Century Technology began life in 1993, installing car alarms and audio equipment, and now provides security and insurance services for fleets and public transport vehicles.
